Personal Reading Request Form
Full payment is required before a personal tarot reading can be processed.
Due to availability and high demand, personal tarot readings are primarily offered as prerecorded sessions. Completed readings are delivered through a private Dropbox link, allowing clients to access their recordings at their convenience, subject to Dropbox's availability and any applicable link expiration or access restrictions.
Standard Turnaround Time: 72 Hours (3 Days)
The standard processing period begins once full payment has been received and all required information has been submitted.
For example, if payment and all required information are received on Monday, your reading will generally be delivered by the end of Thursday.
Please note that processing times may occasionally be extended due to availability, unforeseen circumstances, or increased booking volume. Should an extension become necessary, clients will be notified by email with an updated estimated delivery timeframe. Emergency Readings: Same-day readings may be requested for an additional $50.00 fee, subject to availability and confirmation. Same-day service is not guaranteed unless expressly accepted by REBELHARP LLC.

We encourage all clients to approach their readings with an open mind, realistic expectations, and an understanding of the subjective nature of spiritual services.

While clients are welcome to request guidance regarding specific individuals, relationships, or circumstances, REBELHARP LLC cannot guarantee that a reading will provide definitive information regarding another person's thoughts, feelings, intentions, or future actions. During a session, the cards and their interpretations may lead toward themes that differ from the client's original inquiry, including personal development, emotional healing, self-reflection, or alternative perspectives. Our readers interpret the cards and symbolism presented during each session to the best of their ability. We cannot guarantee which themes, individuals, circumstances, or messages will emerge. By purchasing a reading, clients acknowledge and understand that. A reading may not provide a definitive answer to their original question. Interpretations may differ from their personal beliefs, expectations, or desired outcomes. Specific individuals or situations may not be addressed in the depth originally anticipated. Predictions, relationship outcomes, reconciliations, and future events cannot be guaranteed. Personal interpretations and emotional responses to a reading may vary. The reading may focus on personal reflection or other themes rather than exclusively on the requested subject. Clients are encouraged to consider the interpretations thoughtfully, take what resonates, and set aside what does not.

Satisfaction, Feedback & Additional Readings
REBELHARP LLC is committed to providing thoughtful, respectful, and professional spiritual services. We recognize that tarot readings are subjective experiences and that interpretations may not resonate with every client. Clients are welcome to contact us with questions or concerns regarding their completed reading.
However, dissatisfaction with the messages received, a lack of resonance, or the absence of a desired prediction does not automatically entitle a client to a complimentary reading, replacement session, or refund. Requests for additional readings or clarification sessions will be reviewed individually and may require a separate booking and payment. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients who wish to cancel a reading should contact REBELHARP LLC as soon as possible. For prerecorded readings, cancellation requests submitted before work on the reading has begun may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future service. Once a reading has been started or completed, cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws. For confirmed live sessions, clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to scheduling restrictions or applicable cancellation terms disclosed at booking.
Any refund or rescheduling arrangement will be communicated in writing.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
REBELHARP LLC reserves the right to decline future bookings or discontinue services when client expectations are incompatible with the nature of our offerings, when professional boundaries are repeatedly disregarded, or when communications become threatening, abusive, or harassing. Such decisions will be made in accordance with applicable laws and without unlawful discrimination. If a paid service is declined or discontinued before completion, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the circumstances, our disclosed policies, and applicable law.
Client Acknowledgment
By purchasing a tarot reading through REBELHARP LLC, clients acknowledge that they have been provided with the opportunity to review these policies and understand the subjective, interpretive nature of the service.
Clients further acknowledge that specific messages, predictions, romantic outcomes, and information regarding third parties cannot be guaranteed.
